Custody Calendar Maker · Privacy · Terms and support
Custody Calendar Maker has no accounts and no database of schedules. The rotation, start date, holidays and the names you give the parents travel inside the request (the chat tool call, or the calendar link) and are used only to draw the calendar you asked for. We do not save them, and we never see your conversation with Claude or ChatGPT: the assistant sends us only the tool arguments.
To count how many people use the tool, each connection, tool call or calendar fetch adds one row to a usage table:
| Field | Example |
|---|---|
| Time and date (UTC) | 2026-10-01 12:40 |
| What happened | connection opened, tool call, calendar feed, .ics download, view page, maker form |
| Tool name or rotation pattern; for a connection, the app's own name for itself | make_custody_schedule, 2-2-5-5, Cursor |
| Success or error | ok |
| Which kind of app asked | Claude, ChatGPT, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, browser |
| The app's user-agent text, cut to 96 characters | Google-Calendar-Importer |
| For calendar links only: a 16-character one-way hash of the link | 3f9a0c1d22b7e815 |
The hash lets us count how many different calendars are subscribed without storing the link itself. We do not store IP addresses, names, dates you entered, or anything that identifies you. We do not use cookies, ads, trackers, or third-party analytics, and we do not sell or share the usage table with anyone.
The service runs on Cloudflare Workers, and the usage table is a Cloudflare D1 database. Cloudflare processes requests (including your IP address) to deliver them, under Cloudflare's privacy policy; we do not turn on extra logging.
Anyone who has your calendar or subscribe link can open that calendar, because the schedule is the link. Share it only with people you want to see it. To stop a subscription, remove it from your calendar app; nothing on our side needs deleting.
The tool is meant for parents and other adults. It does not ask for, and is not designed to receive, information from children.
Usage rows are kept for up to 13 months to compare usage year over year, then deleted. Because a row cannot be linked to a person, we cannot find "your" rows; if you think something identifying reached us, write to us and we will delete it.
If this policy changes, this page changes and the date below moves.
